Code of Conduct

Saathi is built on a foundation of empathy and respect. We expect all Clients and KoPartners to communicate politely and treat each other with dignity. Any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or physical ability is strictly prohibited. Harassment, verbal abuse, or making the other party feel uncomfortable will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

This is the most critical rule of our platform. Saathi connects people for professional social and lifestyle support. It is NOT a dating or matchmaking service. Flirting, making romantic or sexual advances, inappropriate physical contact, or requesting services outside of the agreed booking scope is a direct violation of our rules. KoPartners are trained to report such incidents immediately, leading to a zero-tolerance permanent ban.

Time is valuable. Clients are paying for a specific duration, and KoPartners are blocking their schedule. Both parties are expected to arrive at the agreed location on time. If you anticipate being late, you must communicate immediately via the in-app chat. Repeated tardiness or no-shows from either party will result in penalties, bad ratings, and potential account suspension.

Safety is a shared responsibility. Unless explicitly required by the service (like elderly care at home), all initial meetings should take place in public, well-lit spaces like cafes, malls, or event venues. The consumption of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. While light social drinking might be acceptable during certain event bookings, being intoxicated or behaving erratically is a severe violation.

We take our Code of Conduct very seriously. To protect our community, any violation of these guidelines—especially regarding safety, harassment, and professional boundaries—will trigger our Zero Tolerance Policy. Your account will be suspended immediately without any warning or refund, and if necessary, information will be handed over to local law enforcement authorities.
