1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Saathi, you agree to play by the rules. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
By accessing, downloading, or using the Saathi application and website ('Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Saathi. We may update these terms occasionally, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. User Conduct & Boundaries

Saathi is NOT a dating app. Keep it professional, respectful, and platonic. Any misbehavior will get you permanently banned.
Saathi is strictly a professional platform for social and lifestyle support. All interactions between Clients and KoPartners must remain strictly platonic. You agree not to: 1) Make any romantic or sexual advances. 2) Use abusive, harassing, or threatening language. 3) Request or offer services outside of our approved catalog. 4) Attempt to bypass our payment system. Violation of these boundaries will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
3. Bookings & Payments

All payments must go through the app. Don't pay Partners directly in cash to ensure you are covered by our refund policies.
All bookings and payments must be processed exclusively through the Saathi platform. To book a Partner, you must have an active Membership plan. The hourly rate for a KoPartner is determined by the Partner and clearly displayed before you confirm a booking. Taking payments offline or paying in cash is strictly prohibited and removes your eligibility for our dispute resolution and refund protections.
4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account if you break the rules, fail background checks, or act unsafely.
Saathi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, failed to pass our ongoing background/identity verifications, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the safety or reputation of the platform or other users.
5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to verify everyone, but ultimately you are responsible for your own safety during offline meetups.
While we perform extensive background and identity verifications, Saathi does not assume liability for the actions, behavior, or omissions of any user (Client or KoPartner) during offline bookings. You agree to use the platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
